Achieving The Look You Desire
At Twickel Aesthetics we want you to look amazing for your age – fresh, natural, and well-rested. Your subtle dermal filler treatment will give you a noticeably refreshed appearance, but only you will know why.
With facial aesthetics you are the same person, just your better self!
Restore volume to loose and sagging skin with the best Dermal Fillers Twickel Aesthetics has to offer.
With time and exposure to the elements, our skin produces less of the collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid that keeps our skin smooth, voluminous, and able to bounce back from movement, resulting in loose, sagging skin.
Your skin may feel tired and dull and you may not feel like the real you. But perhaps you aren't looking for a completely different facial structure, just a glowing and revitalised, younger-looking appearance. To alleviate this concern, Dr Roxana recommends volumizing fillers for the renewal of a firmer, supple and more defined appearance.

FAQS About Dermal Fillers
1.) What results can I expect with Hyaluronic Fillers?
Through precise and skilful treatment execution, Dr Roxana achieves subtle yet effective results that make the most of your existing natural beauty, for a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
2.) Do fillers hurt when injected?
The lips are one of the body's most sensitive areas, so an injectable anesthetic may be used first. But icing is usually enough, especially because many of the most widely-used fillers, like Juvéderm, already have lidocaine mixed in. Both the placement and the amount of product used will make all the difference in the procedure itself and the outcome. The injection itself feels kind of like a splinter, but the pain should go away right away. The lips may swell a little for a few hours after the procedure. It can feel a bit unsettling, but it should never be painful. You'll feel back to normal by the next couple of days, and the swelling should dissipate entirely after about a week.
3.) Are there any side effects?
You should expect to experience mild to moderate tenderness, swelling and bruising in the initial days post-treatment, as your body responds to the administration of your filler injectables.
However, these side effects are temporary and subside swiftly in the initial days post-treatment as your skin settles. In these few days, you should be careful not to irritate the area as it heals to ensure you can enjoy optimum results.
A detailed list of side effects can be obtained from the practitioner at your consultation
4.) When can you see results?
Dermal fillers work instantly. Following treatment the area should be left alone to settle.
5.) How many treatments will I need?
The number or intensity of treatments you require with Hyaluronic Fillers will depend on your desired results – and this can be established during your consultation with Dr Roxana prior to your treatment.
Most patients can enjoy their desired results after just one session with Hyaluronic Fillers. Depending on the areas treated and the amount of product administered, results with Fillers can last 6-12 months – with top-up treatments often recommended to maintain your results, so you can enjoy them for longer.
How Much Does Dermal Fillers Cost?
Dermal fillers are generally charged per syringe, starting from £275 or sometimes by treatment area and vary depending on the strength and longevity of the filler. Exact cost will be confirmed in a free consultation where we will answer questions and advise the best filler for your desired result.
All injection treatments require a medical consultation prior to treatment.
