How Does Invisalign® Work?
Your Invisalign® treatment is made up of a series of clear & removable aligners that are worn one after the other (typically changed every 1-2 weeks). The best part is, no more having to change or tighten wires and there are no elastic bands to worry about. The clear aligners (also called trays) are custom made for your teeth, and using align's technology, your teeth straightening treatment will have already been planned before you even start wearing your first tray!
The aligners are designed to be worn for at least 22 hours a day, and can easily be removed for eating, drinking, and to brush, and floss your teeth as normal. If you have a big presentation at work or a formal event that requires public speaking, the aligners can easily be removed for such an occasion!
